House Rules
Payment Policy
We accept credit cards and cash payments (upon check-in) for reservations. A credit card will be required for securement of a reservation, as well as cancellations and incidentals. If a walk-in customer cannot or will not provide a credit card for these purposes, we require a $100 cash deposit for cancellations and incidentals. This deposit will be refunded to the customer upon check-out, and we reserve the right to inspect the accommodation before refunding said deposit.
Group Reservations Policy
We accept group reservations at the lodge. Groups that reserve a minimum of 6 rooms for a minimum of 2 nights will receive a 5% group discount that will be applied to the applicable room rates. If the group reservation falls below this 6 room/2 night minimum, we reserve the right to remove said discount. We will place a hold on the requested amount of rooms for a reasonable length of time and will lift this hold if the rooms are not spoken for/filled by all group members within a reasonable amount of time. We have to be able to rent the unclaimed rooms to other parties as there are times that we will have a waiting list or multiple interested parties for particular date ranges. Good communication and timely reservations are key to ensure a good experience for everyone! The same cancellation policy applies to group reservations as individual reservations. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Smoking Policy
Breathe easy. The Lodge at Tellico does not permit smoking inside any rooms or buildings. This applies to both traditional smoking methods (tobacco or marijuana) and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs),e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $100.00 room cleaning fee.
The Standard Booking price includes the following:
- Utilities (water, gas and electricity)
- Internet and Cable TV usage
- Towels, bed linen and hairdryer
- Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon request). If your stay exeeds 7 days we will complete a full room cleaning and reserve the right to enter the room for safety/inspection reasons.
Important
We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from reservations@lodgeattellico.com.
Extending Your Stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.
If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar room should this be necessary.
Pets
No pets allowed, subject to immediate eviction and a $50.00 cleaning fee..
Room Policy
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damage or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. Linen/Mattress damage or destruction due to excessive odors or staining will be charged to the registered guest at market price up to $250.00. Trust us, we do NOT want to charge these fees.
Visitors of Guests
Visitors must be registered with the office. If no one is at the office, please call the lodge phone. All visitors should be off the property by 10:30PM.
Quiet Time
We want all our guests to enjoy their stay at the lodge, for this reason we ask our guests to respect a quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Suite Kitchen Policy
Please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave burners on and unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $100.00.
Parking Policy
Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of your room (or super close). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Minimum Age Policy
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodation ate Lodge at Tellico. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.
Room Cleaning Policy
Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please leave the used items on the rocking chair by your door. You may also call or text the front desk
Guest Safety Policy
Employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the property amenities such as the game room, pavilion, or fire pit.
Cancellation Policy
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So, to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
We cannot control the weather, rain or shine, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee
- If the guest cancels less than 30 days but more than 10 days in advance, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged to card on file.
- If the guest cancels less than 10 days but more than 3 days in advance there is a $50.00 per night reserved cancellation fee.
- If the guest cancels less than 3 days in advance, the guest will be charged for the full stay.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: reservations@lodgeattellico.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.
- WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS ON CANCELLATIONS
